ST-21 "Spearpoint" Command Ship
Details

The ST-21 “Spearpoint” Command Ship is the modern face of Structs-operated Alpha Matter mining colonies across the galaxy. Designed by Conglomerate engineers to act as a mobile factory and command hub, it deploys and relays instructions to all Planetary and Fleet Structs under its command.

The ST-21 is specially designed to establish and defend Alpha Bases on uncharted worlds. Functioning both in-atmosphere and in the vacuum of space, it is equipped to withstand a myriad of possible conditions and environments. The Struct's advanced drive system, powered by Alpha Matter, enables it to achieve speeds significantly in-excess of the speed of light. Meanwhile, advanced manufacturing capabilities allow the Spearpoint to assemble and deploy a variety of unique Structs to any battleground.

The ST-21 is an essential relay between remote commanders and their fleets. As such, raiders have been known to target the ST-21 early in combat engagements, attempting to disable the ability of fleet units to receive new instructions.

Chimera Missile
Smart Weapon

The CH-51 Missile, dubbed "Chimera," is a multi-purpose smart armament designed to engage enemies in a multitude of environments. The Chimera is capable of being launched against land, sea, air and space-based targets. However, the missile possesses limited propulsion and is not suitable for use against enemies at longer ranges, such as surface-to-air targets.

The CH-51 is the primary weapon of the ST-21 "Spearpoint" Command Ship. It’s adaptability is essential to ensuring the ST-21 is able to defend itself in the unpredictable environments of uncharted worlds.

Alpha Drift
Ability

As Alpha mining operations have increasingly become the target of raiders, some fleet commanders have begun to employ inventive--and sometimes dangerous--tactics to gain a combat advantage.

One such example is the use of the ST-21 Command Ship’s Alpha Drive--traditionally used for travelling great interstellar distances--to rapidly redeploy between battlegrounds in event of a raider attack. Effectively, this allows the ST-21 to engage and disengage enemies anywhere on a planet nearly instantaneously.

Most manufacturers warn of the danger of activating Space Distortion Drives within 500,000 kilometers of planetary bodies, and expressly forbid such maneuvers in their Terms of Service. However, many fleet commanders consider the tactical advantage of so-called “Alpha Drifting” to be worth the cost of voiding their warranties.
